RetailPoint Solutions Limited an ICT company is a Point Of Sale Integrator. We deploy POS solutions using various product lines from Cash Registers to advanced Touch Screen POS systems.
- Act as Goto Person between customers and the company as it relates to Service (Sales and Technical).
- Provide technical support services to customers.
- Develop and sustain customer loyalty.
- Work with various Team Leads to address customer issues.
- Follow up on customers’ inquiries.
- Follow up and improve the onboarding process on customer projects.
- Manage our Customer Support Channels.
- Liaise with Technical support and sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- A good Degree in Computer Science related discipline, Computer Engineering, Project Management or its related course from a recognized university/polytechnic.
- Candidates should have minimum of two (2) years of work experience in Customer Success and Technical support.
