Job Description

RetailPoint Solutions Ltd provides and deploys Point of Sale – POS Machines for business using various POS Hardware & Softwares. Our products can be deployed across various Retail platforms where transaction data is critical to Management.
RetailPoint Solutions Limited an ICT company is a Point Of Sale Integrator. We deploy POS solutions using various product lines from Cash Registers to advanced Touch Screen POS systems.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as Goto Person between customers and the company as it relates to Service (Sales and Technical).
  • Provide technical support services to customers.
  • Develop and sustain customer loyalty.
  • Work with various Team Leads to address customer issues.
  • Follow up on customers’ inquiries.
  • Follow up and improve the onboarding process on customer projects.
  • Manage our Customer Support Channels.
  • Liaise with Technical support and sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

  • A good Degree in Computer Science related discipline, Computer Engineering, Project Management or its related course from a recognized university/polytechnic.

Work Experience:

    • Candidates should have minimum of two (2) years of work experience in Customer Success and Technical support.
