Job Description
- Manage cash controls and maintain book-keeping up-to-date.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Manage petty cash expenses and records.
- Prepare requisition and retirement of funds as approved.
- Setting up and updating payments records.
- Meets departmental financial objectives and goals
- Ensures that sound financial management of products are being followed.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Must be highly skilled Accounting softwares (Particularly QuickBooks).
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting.
- Excellent written and oral communication & presentation skills.
- 1-2 years Experience.
Abilities and Attributes:

- Must be highly skilled in MS Office (Particularly Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Must be pro‐active in identifying and proposing solutions, with the ability to exercise sound judgment in all matters.
- Must be accurate and highly detail‐oriented with follow‐through skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and successfully meet deadlines.
- Must be able and willing to carry out duties and responsibilities of an assistant to the MD
- Flexible, creative, manages own time, and well organized.
- Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to analyze and review financial data such as reports, income statements and perform cost analyses. Must be accurate in mathematical computations.
Physical Demands:
- Approximately 40% of the position involves performing the role of an assistant
- Moderate use of telephone, walking, and executing.
- Moderate face‐to‐face and digital interactions with superior. Must speak clearly and articulate with extreme accuracy to provide directions, talk on the phone, etc.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Work Environment:
- Must be flexible and willing to perform duties as assigned.
Salary
N60,000 / month.
